Reginald "Polly" Chadwick

On a hot summer day in Pahokee, Florida, June 6, 1959, God blessed Georgia Mae Chadwick and Lambert Chadwick, Jr. with a precious son they lovingly named Reginald. From the very beginning, it was clear to everyone who met him that Reginald was someone special—marked by a unique spirit and a heart full of light.

Reginald, affectionately known as “Polly,” received his formal education through the Polk County School System and proudly graduated from Lake Wales High School, Class of 1978. He had a lifelong love for sports and cherished spending time with his family and friends. Before his health began to decline, Reginald approached his work with dedication and heart, valuing not only the tasks at hand but also the people whose lives he touched along the way.

On May 22, 2025, Reginald peacefully transitioned from this life at AdventHealth Medical Center of Lake Wales, Florida. Though his physical presence will be deeply missed, the warmth of his spirit and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
